Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of seomate.in and SEO Mate tools, including the Google Search Console Analyzer. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
SEO Mate provides tools intended to help users review and analyze SEO-related information. The Google Search Console Analyzer can connect to Google Search Console, display performance reports, analyze CSV exports, and provide summaries or opportunity suggestions. Features may change or be discontinued.
2. Account and authorization
You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to access. If you connect Google Search Console, you authorize the tool to request the permissions shown in Google's consent flow. The analyzer currently requests read-only Search Console access. You must have the necessary permission for any Search Console property you want to analyze.
You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Google's services remain subject to Google's own terms and policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or access controls, use it unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and analyze any CSV files or other content you provide.
4. Reports and suggestions are not guarantees
SEO metrics, sample data, calculations, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. Results can be incomplete, delayed, sampled, or affected by the source data, Google API availability, report settings, or other factors. SEO Mate does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or any particular business outcome. You are responsible for checking the data and deciding what actions to take.
5. Your data
You retain responsibility for the information you access, upload, export, or otherwise use through the service. Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about how the current analyzer handles Google Search Console data and uploaded CSV files.
6. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party services, including Google APIs and hosting or software libraries. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms and privacy practices.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Mate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, rankings, or business arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
